
Another great night at Yoga~ KICK MY BUTT! I love it my arms are sore today, I have very weak left side! Crazy! But I can already feel so much of a difference in my body. I feel energized! If you want to give it a try here is a link to a routine called

I'm totally feeling you on the sore arms!! WAY too many push-ups huh for these weak things, I guess. Oh and add to the sore arms a pulled muscle in my back--I guess I got a little carried away with the twisty poses! Ouch.
