Allie's trip with Daddy...
Adam said when these two saw each other they about knocked themselves out! SO CUTE!
Hanging out with Aunty Amy, Milan and Sofia, yup you can see all of the top of her head, I requested Adam take pictures of the baby, but well you know... he forgot...Not ONE! (with more than the top of her head)
They made new friends!
They went to the DC temple...My girl is such a model every picture of her she is Posing in!

Allie had a blast and didn't really miss me and Luke at all much to my sadness! Oh well I guess I raised an independent kid!

Things I have done....(Thankful Sunday)
Well first off I have been hanging out with this Handsome devil! My boy is dang cute! He is such a love! I am thankful for this time to be with just him. Tomorrow we plan to go to the library, and guess what ? It snowed here so some playing in the snow is on the plate now too!
Made this skirt for Allie, I have had this fabric for a while but hadn't gotten around to it till now, what a pain in the butt that fabric is, it frays and frays, I cut it with pinking shears and still fray! Glad that is done! I think it is pretty cute!
also made a new freezer pack for my eyes, really Mostly Adam uses it for his head and the kids for ouchies but hey whatever! I love love love this fabric by the way...
Yup and I finished this bag, and realized that it is totally screwed up... well I knew that to begin with but I thought it only had one problem, now I realize it has two the handles are on the wrong side...DUH Oh well it will work for a church bag or whatever!
My sweeties are coming home tomorrow night, I am so excited, I miss them so much! The house is way too quiet without them! I am sooo thankful for my family, for my warm bed with Adam in it, too cold with out him! I am thankful he wasn't here last night though cause I was up most of the night with my cold and couldn't breath! It was fun to get so many crafts done in one day, I need to do that more often! What else can I make??????

I am seeing a theme
Well I was looking at a file I have called House ideas, I save all these pictures that I find that have things I love in them...For my future house...Well I started seeing a theme, I think I am in love with wainscoting, that is for sure, but it seems I like it tall, and I am loving White it seems, I want things bright and sunny and white! Kinda funny! Also I don't remember where I got a one of these photos, except the one I took of the yellow house, which probably looks familiar to many of you here in NY, since it is right across from Eliza's place. So just thought I would share for fun...

Tomorrow is the day...
Early in the morning Allie and Adam will be boarding a jet plane for Baltimore, MD to visit with Aunty Amy and family...They are going to be going to the Aquarium in Baltimore, and Adam has an interview on Monday in DC. So 3 whole days with no Hubby and no Allie girl! Just me and Luke, that is crazy! I have never been away from Allie for more than like 18 hours! Luke and I have never been alone for longer than like 3 hours! So hopefully it goes well, I am feeling better and that is a darn good thing. (I have been tired with a cold and pelvic pains FUN) I think we will try to hit up Old Navy since they are having $1 scarves and hats and anyone who knows me I love a good scarf. Hopefully go to the library and read some fun books and run around, and who knows what else... Maybe rent a Diego movie?

Glad that worked out...
Well Adam now has 10 interview invitations, we have turned down 2, one was a place we didn't want to go, and one was Very sad and hard to turn down but we couldn't get to it since a different program was the same day that we like more. And there are no other dates... Well then Utah came along, and guess what again their date was the same as another fabulous program, Adam was about to cry! So he called both of them, and both said Sorry that is it... but then Chicago called back and said, Hey wait! The guy talked to the director and said No go ahead make room for him! So YEAH!! We didn't have to choose between 2 programs again! We have been rejected from 3 programs, which is fine... and haven't heard from 5 but again fine. Adam has enough traveling to do in the next little bit to hold us all over for years! Now I just hope I don't go into labor while he is in Dallas or Cincinnati, or Chicago....All in December! So keep your fingers crossed for me!
And all I have to say about yesterday is THANK HEAVEN THAT IS OVER! I hate elections and elections years and all that garbage...Personally I think that there are a Billion ways to spend a Billion Dollars which are a Billion times better than on elections!
But hey that is just my opinion.
, and remember we have the best guidance that exists! President Thomas S. Monson!

Remind me...Why do I even bother trying...
Remind me...Why do I even bother trying to take pictures of my kids? Allie is OK by her self.. sorta, if I can get her to look at the camera, and Luke well he is pretty much like Big Foot, you can't get a good picture of him at all and if you do you can't tell what he is really or see his face...Plus I am too pregnant, I am cranky and have no patience at all... so like I said why did I bother?

Well two cute pictures of Allie at least!

Thanksgiving crafts...
Well thank heaven Halloween is over! Now I get to move on to more fun things! So here are my Thanksgiving craft ideas for you....
Well I wanted to share some cute Thanksgiving craft ideas...The first is the Thankful Turkey, this one I love and I am totally doing it this year! There are several different patterns out there if you google it but here are my 2 favorites... the first Is really cute Both look easy but if you don't want to print just use this one from Make and Takes... I love the idea of writing something we are thankful for on the feathers, plus it is just dang cute! Fun way to lead into the spirit of Christmas, and being thankful for the things we have, and for each other as a family.

It's that day of the year again...And Thankful Sunday..
7 years ago, these to crazy people got married!
And today Seven years later they still are married, and still like each other, Love each other more than they did then, and have added to their family...Allie and Luke, and soon another little girly to love too. Boy that is a lot of Love!
I am thankful for Adam, I am thankful he married me, I am thankful he is a hard worker, and motivates me to be a hard worker too. I am thankful for all he has gone through and that he still likes to come home at the end of the day. I am thankful he is thoughtful, and that he wants to make me and the kids happy. I am thankful I have a husband who is my friend, who I can talk to and share my excitements, and disappointments with.I am thankful we have been so blessed as a family, Adam has gotten 2 more interviews one is at Ohio State, and the other is UTAH... Can you tell which one Adam is excited about...I can tell you which one Allie is excited about. I showed her the word Utah on the invitation, and asked her if she knew where it was? She said No Idea... so I had her sound it out... UewTaah, then she started to repeat and half way through she screamed GRANDPA!!!!!!!! Not Utah doesn't spell Grandpa, but it sure is where he lives! Then she says, SEE I told you we were moving to Utah! So Allie is convinced! We will have to wait till January to see! (but hey she was right about baby sister?!)
Over all I am thankful and grateful for the love I have been blessed with Really my family is the biggest blessing I have, I love them dearly, (extended too) I am lucky to have a Mom who is my friend and who I enjoy talking to I am blessed that she loves my family and they love her. I realize not everyone has such great families...Not that we are in anyway perfect trust me we aren't' but You know what, I have lots of people who love me and my family what more could I ask for. Nothing in life is more important!
If you are bored and want to see more wedding themed pictures click here for last years post.

Target... Love you...
Well I had to hit up Target tonight...They have the cutest stuff in the Dollar section right now... Run don't walk if you have a baby girl cause check out these adorable tights! ONE DOLLAR... and the best part was I didn't even know they were THIS cute I love the little "shoes". I can't wait to see our little girl in them! They also had cute oneies and bibs, bowls and socks of for the boys. Anyway it was so cute!
I got this little dress and some pants also for the new baby, I hate that she doesn't get anything new so I had to get her a few cute things plus the pants I don't have many of and they were on Clearance for 2.80... and the dress was too, for 4.98... So can't go wrong, plus it is so cute!
I also went over to Bed Bath and Beyond to get a Turkey roaster for 10 bucks and a new Turkey platter since last year mine split in half...that was 4.99 (with rebates) Then I got home and checked the pan... it will be great for Next year, but as of this year it won't fit in my stove! Oh well! Still a great deal! I also got at Target some PJ pants for myself... pretty cute?!
And for my mom who wanted to see my new shoes... these are them. I like them, it will take a while to feel comfy in them, just cause I have weird feet. But I like them, and I bought some above the knee socks tonight too for Sundays to keep my legs warm since there is no way I would be able to wear nylons....I got a good deal on these too, I had 2 DSW coupons one for my birthday and one from buying enough in shoes so I got $15 off... Can't complain!
