A few more...

BonFire, Four-wheelers and Goats...Oh My!

Last night we headed out to the Country to the Dr. Wannamakers family farm to have a BonFire and burn some Dental School history...Also to play with Goats, and eat treats, and have fun! The gang of kids below...Phoebe, Luke, Allie, Clara, and baby Andrew

Nothing like a boy and a goat! Luke and Bo, He loved it!~
Allie taking her turn as Goat handler...
The Goat likes to drink from the bottle... Not Beer really just water! Funny though!
Warcup Family! We love these guys!
It was so pretty and relaxing, we loved having the space and not having to worry about the kids the whole time, Just Run kiddies! And they did!
Phoebe is making Daddy and I am sure Grandpa proud by being obsessed with the 4-wheeler! She didn't want to get off! She loved it! Luke also had gotten on the golf cart and he turned the key and got it started all on his own! See that Grin that it a Victory Grin! It was actually a bigger grin, but just as I was taking the picture I realized what he had done and turned to ask the boys why that cart was making noises if it was Off... Yeah it wasn't that is why... Key was removed after that!

Here is the Burning! We thought they would go fast but it took AGES! Like dental school the pain lingers! haha (Dr. Jeff and Dr. Jess in the picture too)

Summer summer summertime...

Here are just some fun summer pictures...These kids are Hams Total Hams!
She was wearing them, of course I went to take the picture she stopped!
Phoebe's cute wet feet on my floor
Luke's Sunflower... It is really pretty! We all love looking at it!
Allie has been taking Swimming lessons, but this Mom can't handle bringing the camera and trying to run after Luke and Bee, Too much for me ! So no pictures yet, maybe next week I will be brave, but she has passed off Level 2 and is on to Level 3, and doing amazing! She started off not wanting to go underwater AT ALL, and with the small change of getting her goggles, she is a pro, she is dunking all the way down, and is Happy to do it. She also is dunking with No goggles now since others are doing it too! It is amazing what can happen in a week.
We also have been going to the library on Fridays for a little class for Allie and the little kids and I play and read books, Allie has done some cool crafts and learned about Sea serpents, boats, bugs, made a raisin dance in water and had a blast! Thank you free library programs!
I can't believe how much summer has gone by, and I am hoping we can continue to enjoy the rest of the summer, School starts September 7th for both kids, Luke will be starting PreK.

Here is Luke and his beloved Bike!
Which I am sure we are going to have to replace sooner than later, he loves to get going really fast then slam on the breaks, he has literally worn the tread down to thread...Whata boy!

Allie and I discovered a cute series called Ivy and Bean, it is super cute, and Allie loves them!
Well till next time....

Weekend fun....

Well we have had lots of fun hanging out with this guy lately! Seems Second year is a lot kinder to the Dr! We will take it! He has been reading books, laughing more, cutting the grass, taking us on trips! It has been great! We also went to the Palmyra Pageant this last Friday... of course it looked NOTHING like the picture below (from 2007) because it was RAINING the whole time!
Our van got stuck in the field and pushed out by some fast moving Saints...I got out of the van and next thing I knew there were 5 of us pushing! It was great! We saved a Frog from a certain death since he was hopping in the field were the cars drive, Luke was VERY sad to have to let his "Best friend Frog" go but alas we have killed enough wild animals by trying to take them in!
Pageant was really quite good although it Rained the whole time. Luke really liked the Boat... but even more than that, he liked the bathroom toilets! They were like camper toilets, and he thought it was too cool... I took him to the bathroom 3 times and only Once did he do anything...We spent the night at the Palmyra Inn, and then the next day hung out with Annette and Deloy. And I got to go see the New L.L.Bean store that they just opened in Rochester.

Speaking of Growing up...

Phoebe's 18 month dr appointment was today...
She is growing way fast! She is 31.5 inches long which is a 3.25inch growth since January
She also weighs 22lbs! she has gained 4lbs!
She speaks so well! Allie was talking to her about baby animals today and she was repeating all the names. We got into the room and there was a Monkey on the wall and Phoebe said...Monkey! Very cute, she can speak in context, like Adam sneezed and she says Bless you. It started raining the other day when we were in the Van and she said" it raining Momma Dadda" She climbs, yells, runs jumps, she can even open the screen door now! (not good!) She is a happy little girl and she is well loved!

wow Look who is growing up

I just found this picture from last year.... Look at those girls they are growing up way too fast!

A few busy projects...

Some Turtle pancakes for Turtley! Luke couldn't eat the pancake turtles
head so we reserved that part...

I got this lamp for $5 at a yard-sale, and I hated the Gold part and although I could have probably lived with it for 97 cents for some spray-paint I just made it look lots better and more live-able...Even though I couldn't take it apart to get that inside bit... still looks lots better to my eyes...

Adam's headlights were really bad, and he found a Turtle wax product that made them like new again for like 9 bucks instead of Hundreds! Now he can actually see at night! Makes me feel better! Although he probably should have done it Ages ago!
