In other big news, Allie had finally decided that doing her #2 business on the toilet is a great idea! THANK HEAVENS! Although now we have the opposite problem, she went 5 times today! OyVah!

Hello ER!

This is Woman's and Children's Hospital of Buffalo.....

This is also were we spent about six hours of Sunday!

Poor little Lukey wasn't feeling good but we just thought it was Teething! Well No it wasn't! He was having a hard time breathing and so we called his doctor and they suggested a little trip to Downtown Buffalo! So we went to the ER. Poor Luke got a thermometer where the sun don't shine, and that was just the beginning! Then they got us a room and gave him a look over they ordered a Chest X-ray, and then they gave him a Nebulizer treatment, then he passed out he was so tired, and of course that is right when they decided to come give him an IV, Well that didn't fly, he had a fit and they couldn't get the IV in so they just took blood and swabbed his nose which Adam said is when he lost it! Then he was wired and played for a while and then finally fell asleep!
Well after hours, they tell us that he has Bronchitis and pneumonia! So they gave him an inhaler, and a steroid and an Anti -biotic! And he HATES the anti- biotic! He likes the inhaler and mask, like the one pictured, but he likes it because he wants to CHEW IT! Crazy boy!
So we got home at about 12:30 and thankfully our friends and neighbors the Axtells watched Allie for us so she had a sleep over. I am so glad that is over! Luke is feeling a bit better and hopefully will just recover very fast!
Keep him in your prayers please, poor little guy! He is the sweetest boy Ever, he was very good for getting so poked and prodded! And this morning he was so sad when he woke up and Allie wasn't there! He looked all over for her! But they are together now and Allie is glad to see her brother again! I guess she went to bed but kept saying she wanted her Momma! And this morning when she woke up she went into the room and said OK Everyone wake up!
What a crazy girl!

To the Beach!

Well it has been beautiful, so I have justified that my house can be a mess so I can get these kids and me out before we are snowbound! Sadly I think it will be sooner than anyone wants! So one of the girls called and said Hey the beach is free now lets go! So we did! the kids had a blast, it ws shallow and Luke could crawl around in it and Allie had a blast playing with her bucket, that we bought for Halloween! handy!

someone splashed Luke and he ended up having a melt down, so he took a bit of a nap on the beach! I think he looks so cute! The one bad thing was he kept eating rocks! YIKES! I would pull this huge rock out of his mouth and he would have a fit! And the seagulls kept stalking Tina! They were totally creepy and would walk very quietly up to her bags! Allie lured them away with animal crackers though!

Fun stuff

Well I am sharing pictures of my new crafts, I went to Sarah Tanner's house today and did this little one of the Allie painted Pumpkins and Cat, I think it came out cute! Thanks Sarah for letting me use your Hot Glue gun, but I burnt my finger so I guess I am not aloud to have one at home! It is better now at least!
But it was a fun little project to do and now Allie is all proud of her decorations!
Allie had her second dance class today and she really enjoyed that, there was drama beforehand but I am not going to even talk about that! OY! She really is a good little dancer, and she is getting the heel toe stuff now so that is good!
She has to bring her baby doll to her next class so that should be fun for her dolly to go to class with her!

Our neighbors moved out and I found the Mother Load of Martha Stewart in their recycle bin... So I recycled them! All the Holiday issues! I am so excited! Lots of good ideas in their!

So here is the newest members of our family, Ted the scarecrow, he was only $10 at Wegmans, Allie and I were excited, Daddy thought we were nuts! Luke like him! And of course the pumpkin for my front door!

And last but not least here is my "flowers" I bought I love them! I think for fake flowers they are pretty nice! They look good in my kitchen too!

A Tooth!

Well it happened today! Luke's tooth came through! Yeah for him, Boo for momma!
That is just our little update....
Weather is Beautiful today! But it has been freezing all weekend long... Not happy about that!

Family time

When we got home from dance and shots we took some time to go to the grassy area in our complex and throw the football around it was very fun! I can't believe that it is already getting to be Fall! Yup I said it! I don't mind Fall, I love that fuzzy weather! Just jeans and a sweater, or fleece. NICE, but this seems so sudden! Wasn't I sweating just a few days ago? Anyway, here is a cute family shot! Hope you are enjoying your weather were ever you are too!

Dancing & Big boy Luke

Dance class was Totally cute! Allie loved it! She had tons of fun, and even got a lollypop at the end! Lucky girl! She was so cute doing her moves! There are 4 other little girls in her class. Of course Allie is the cutest, and the most talented! :O) Well she is! There is one other girl who is cute but she is a cry baby... poor thing!
Anyway!

My little baby boy is now a whopping 28.5 inches tall! 18lbs 10oz! He cried like a beast with his shots, poor kid! But the Doc pronounced him Perfect! But hey we knew that already! When the Doc walked in he said Hey Handsome, and I said hey how did you know that was his nickname! He said well if the shoe fits! And that shoe fits!

Just stuff....

Look at that girl, she is crazy, she loves Red Cars! We ended up taking our car in to the dealer and getting it fixed, so we rented this Fabulous car! It is a Toyota Prius, and it i ROCKS! As a matter of fact when we had to give it back I wanted to cry! It is smaller yes I know but I just LOVE it! It was so fun to drive! Allie as you can tell loved it, but she loved it also because it had a "puter" in it. Meaning a computer, there is a touch screen display that shows you your energy consuption along with other cool things! I miss it already! Especially since the thing the dealer was supposed to fix is the Check Engine light which has been on for 2 years now and well guess what it came back on as we were driving around tonight... $500 later! Plus the other thing we needed to fix was the seatbelt in the back and that was a Special order, meaning Really expensive! Oy, so that will be in at the end of the week.
Allie starts her Dance class tomorrow, we went to day and got her a Brand New Leotard, I felt like a bad mommy for sending her in a used one on the first day. So I am now an expert at finding Dance stuff in this area, we had gone to Walmart 2 wks ago and they had tons, we went today and it was Wiped out! So I was in a bit of a panic, but then I saw this other Mom over there looking through it, and I asked her about it and she said Toys are Us also had some. So we went there and got a very cute one that even had sleeves! Amazing!
Joanne's Fabric was right next to Toys R Us so we got some fun Fall stuff to paint, which will be pictures for a different day. But a funny story from Joanne's, Allie was singing rather loudly but being very good and having fun. So I was singing with her and we were having fun Luke was dancing and being happy to and this older lady comes over and tells Allie she sings very well and that she should be on TV. Then some other old Bird walks by right then and says all snotty, She is too loud for stores! then she walked on by... I was so shocked! The first lady winked and said she though Allie was a beautiful singer and I say really loud....Well you can't please Everyone! But I wish I hadn't been so shocked and could have said, well turn down your Hearing Aid then! But I wasn't fast enough and truly have never heard anyone be that rude right to a child. It wasn't like she was being out of control... Then I could understand it! At least I wish I had thought to say well we are all not miserable like you.... But truly I couldn't believe it!

Oh well! We also went to the Library for the Preschool program they do their it is only 30 minutes long but it was fun, and the lady was nice so that is good. Allie had fun and so did Luke. These kids just love each other! As you can see! They were watching Dora and Diego today, it was funny! Last week we went to the Marchant's house for a BBQ, but I stole this picture from their site, Luke is looking at Maia like WOMEN DRIVERS! That just crackes me up! I love her look too, and her foot up on the seat! They had so much fun with that Jeep! Well also Tomorrow Luke has his 9 month Dr appointment! So it will be neat to see how big he is now! Plus the poor kid has shots again! So that report will be tomorrow!

Family Fun! Bowling and Picnic at the Park

At our park trip Luke decided he wanted to walk so he used Allie as his walker! She was none too happy! She sat him down after a few minutes of dragging him around! It was so funny!
Then he tried to pants one of Allie's friends! He is an animal.


Yesterday was a Adam day off! So we were going to do some fun stuff, we were going to go to the Zoo but the line was 400 people long and no parking for miles! No fun! So we decided to go bowling instead! Allie had a blast! It was pretty fun. Sad to say Adam won!Allie got about a 40 each time! Not bad! She only got the ball stuck twice!
Then we came home took naps and then we went to a picnic/BBQ at the park with friends and that was really fun too! Allie and Luke were sooo dirty! Mostly Luke! It was bad! But hey the kid had fun right? We should have brought our kite but oh well! Next time!Luke and Noah tried to make ketchup together! It was funny, the Harker's now have sticks in their Ketchup! YUCK!
