You are brave! I always just do the Butterball frozen breast that you put in the oven frozen and it turns out perfect! My Mom does a real turkey when we are home and it is lots better, but the Butterballs aren't too bad! Especially for a small family!
Your Turkey looks so yummy, I hope that my turkey turns out that good. I will have to take photos and put them up, make sure to photo yours this year again. I wish we could all be together for thanksgiving and all of the holidays. Maybe someday.
