Another great night at Yoga~ KICK MY BUTT! I love it my arms are sore today, I have very weak left side! Crazy! But I can already feel so much of a difference in my body. I feel energized! If you want to give it a try here is a link to a routine called Sun Salutation routine
It is nice and feels good! Do about three of those and you will feel it! Yoga is NOT for wimps!

I'm totally feeling you on the sore arms!! WAY too many push-ups huh for these weak things, I guess. Oh and add to the sore arms a pulled muscle in my back--I guess I got a little carried away with the twisty poses! Ouch.
