Just some pictures...

Hey, just thought I would add some words while I have a second... We are doing well, Baby Phoebe is a great eater... which is lovely, She is actually sleeping well for a baby too. about 4 hr stretches at night. We took down the Christmas tree today, only because the thing was dead and needles were EVERYWHERE! it was too much! So it is nice to have the extra space but poor Allie was crying she is going to miss her tree... thankfully it is just in the patio for now! Luke is a great brother, amazing enough he LOVES Phoebe and is Very good with her for being Moyer the Destroyer and all...he is very sweet with her and is very loving and doesn't seem to be having a hard time adjusting to the Momma being busy with someone else, but I guess when the tourist leave that could change...
I am doing well, not much pain, a Motrin here and there for back pain but otherwise feeling really quite good, I guess no stitches is the way to go! I am tired but have been going to bed at 8pm and then getting up at around midnight with her and taking over but by then she is ready just to eat and sleep so that is good.
Adam is done the National Board part 2 exam as of this morning, and he takes the NERB Exam on Monday, then he is done till March. So that is Fabulous! He and his dad are out trying to fix our car the wires for the reverse lights went all funny a few weeks ago and now we found out that one of them wasn't hooked to anything... that would do it! So they are trying to fix it.
Allie went splashing in puddles today with Grandpa and me, she climbed up a huge snow hill and totally was loving being soaking wet and muddy! Isn't it winter? 56 degrees out... 3 days ago we had 4 ft of snow, now we have 4 inches... (except the huge snow hill I mentioned.)
Well I guess that is our update... Not much exciting stuff going on...I am going to try to get a hair cut though so hang on for the Thrill of the week if that happens!

It's a girl!!!

So today was our day~ We went to my Doctors appointment and the doc said Well you are a 5... So I am calling the hospital you can head over...YIKES! That was about 12:30...by 2 we were checked in and my IV, (we won't talk about that, they tried twice OUCH) Then they started Pitocin, not long after I was OUCHY...So I said OK bring me the epidural, which was also OUCH... but worked which was Wonderful that it worked... and then about 30 minutes later they broke my water and about 5 minutes later I was feeling some weird stuff going on... so the nurse checks it out... I was fully dialated and of course the doctor wasn't here Adam had gone to move the car... and the resident was in shock... ME TOO! So Adam finally showed up after being paged and called, and so did the Doc...They had me push a hand full of times and TADA as Lucas would say... Baby was here~ They let Adam help deliver her. All was FAST and good, so Now she is in the nursery... Allie came over and held her and she LOVES her so much!
So anyway I guess the point is.....

She is 7lbs 7oz, 19.5 inches long
Healthy and cute...
I am doing well, feel pretty good just tired.

Thankful Sunday

The Weather outside is Frightful, My warm house is so delightful...
I am so thankful for it!
I am thankful I am not cranky today! (being pregnant and not cranky at this stage is a feat)
I am thankful Adam is done school
I am thankful we bought lots of food the other day so we don't have to go get more tomorrow.
I am thankful for hand me down snow suits Thanks Jenn!
I am thankful Ryan will be home with his family for Christmas
I am thankful for good family, I love you guys
I am thankful for a good momma, I love you Momma....
I am thankful for church only being an hour today, it totally wore me out just the hour!

No news is No news....No Baby either....

So I will share a funny Allie story. Adam was asked what he was going to do with all his "free" time now he doesn't have anymore "classes" in dental school, he said that he wanted to read more practice management books, Allie looks at him and says "Well Daddy you are just going to have to wait till Christmas". Good thing secrets don't happen at our place... We bought Adam a Practice management book for Christmas, Adam knew this because I had to ask him what it was called... But when we bought the book on CD the lady called me from the company and talked to me for a while and decided she liked me and ended up saying she was going to send me a Free book too. Well the book came and it had a whistle and all this, How Allie knew it was a practice management book I have no idea, it is pretty funny though!
Which I guess leads me to tell you that Adam did take his last EVER written test in Dental School! Yeah Adam, he had only clinic next semester. So that is fabulous! Way to go Adam!

It's 10 o'clock and all's well...

Well, I am really just checking in to report that there is nothing much to report! We have walked the mall, and done laundry, and I've even shoveled this morning... OK so that is the biggest news... It snowed! Wow! like 3-4 inches, that is pretty amazing!Grandpa and Grandma have been playing with the kiddies, they went to the mall to walk around this morning, Allie is going to get a second Webkinz for her poodle since it seems she needs a friend...Hopefully she picks something good! Luke and I are hanging out... He is so silly! So here are a few pictures...

Events of the past few days...

Well we picked up Grandpa and Grandma Saturday morning, Daddy had come home Friday night. Funny story from picking up Adam, when we turned the corner to the airport Luke yells OH Dadda!!!! Geez I think Adam has been spending too much time in airports...
We went to the Ward Christmas party it was cute the kids did a nativity thing and then Santa Showed up... The eyes of Luke and Allie were HUGE! Luke just looked at him and Said WOW!!! Then followed him around for a while. Allie was so excited to see him and tell him that she wants a Doll house, thankfully he is a smart Santa and he said we will have to see! She was very sad that she didn't get to see the reindeer, and asked me to go drive back by so she could look up, but I told her they were gone now!

Then today she had her Christmas Dance recital, she did Very well and looked so cute! She was very excited to have another show! And hang out with her friends! So here are pictures... We all know that is what you want to see anyway!Visiting with Santa, Luke was just LOVING him!
